Networking experts from China and the United States gather annually at the Chinese - American Networking Symposium (CANS) to discuss new ideas and advancements in networking technologies. The annual program, alternately held in the USA and China, includes presentations by networking experts, panel discussions, and executive and technical breakout sessions. CANS 2007 is the 8th annual event and will be held Aug. 25-26, 2007, in Xi’an , Shaanxi, China, hosted by CERNET and held in conjunction with the APAN Member Meeting. Topics will focus on: Network Research & Next Generation Internet, Infrastructure and Hybrid Networking, Middleware, Applications and Promote Human Networking
